Job Opportunity: Retention Agent — Spanish Speaking
About the Role
Retention Agent for a licensed FX/CFD call centre in the Dominican Republic. Native/near-native Spanish mandatory. Salary: $2,300 base + commissions — top performers earn $10,000+/month. Full relocation support provided.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retention, sales or customer success role — FX/CFD or financial services preferred
- Native or near-native Spanish — mandatory
- Working English required
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting KPIs
- Willingness to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
- Interview process conducted remotely — relocation required upon offer acceptance
Responsibilities
- Re-engage dormant or churning clients and convert them to active depositors
- Build and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
- Educate clients on available products and market opportunities
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly retention KPIs
- Log all client interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Escalate high-value opportunities to Team Leaders when appropriate
