Senior ITSM Compliance Specialist: Develop and maintain ITGC framework, ensure IT processes comply with standards (Incident/Problem/Change/Request/CMDB), participate in audits (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, SOC 2, SOX-ITGC). Focus on monitoring ITSM metrics (SLA/SLI/SLO, incident trends), identifying control gaps, remediation planning, and promoting compliance culture across teams.

Location: Hybrid in Cyprus or Kazakhstan. Relocation support.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain ITGC framework and ensure compliance of IT processes with standards.
• Participate in internal/external audits and perform tests of design/operating effectiveness for controls.
• Monitor ITSM metrics (SLA/SLI/SLO, incidents, changes, CMDB quality) and prepare reports/dashboards.
• Identify gaps, develop remediation plans, formalize processes/standards/procedures.
• Participate in CAB/ECAB reviews and contribute to DRP/BCP initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, Finance, Compliance teams and promote compliance culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years in ITSM/IT Governance/IT Audit/IT Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4.
• Hands-on with Incident/Change/Problem Management, CMDB, ITGC controls.
• Experience preparing/supporting ISO 27001/ISO 20000, SOC 2, SOX-ITGC audits.
• Understanding of engineering infrastructure/IT controls, Jira Service Management/GRC tools.
• Strong analytical/reporting skills (Grafana/Tableau/PowerBI), ability to formalize processes/standards.

Nice to have

• AWS/GCP/Azure experience.
• Understanding of DevOps/SRE practices.
• Experience automating compliance checks.
• COBIT/ITIL MP, CISA/CISM certifications.
