What you will do

• Support digital merchandising with basic campaign planning coordination.
• Collect performance data and prepare simple reports for targeted campaigns.
• Set up real-time and personalized rule-based marketing campaigns.
• Execute and monitor daily campaigns on SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and email.
• Assist internal stakeholders and conduct pre/post-campaign data gathering and summaries.
• Monitor campaign performance, support ROI reporting, create audience segments.
• Shadow senior analysts to learn CRM tools and cross-channel marketing.

Requirements

• UAE National
• 0-2 years experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or Engineering.
• Basic understanding of data-driven platforms (university projects/internships welcome).
• Beginner Python (data cleaning/manipulation plus).
• Awareness of A/B testing; introductory SQL.
• Strong interest in data analytics, CRM, digital marketing; proactive, detail-oriented.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML/CSS familiarity.
• Exposure to Google Data Studio or similar dashboards.
