What you will do

• Support monthly closing and reporting across retail entities, preparing reconciliations and financial analyses.
• Handle VAT reporting, compliance, payroll, and customs processes for European retail markets.
• Improve and document finance processes focusing on scalability and automation.
• Collaborate with Retail HQ, stores, Finance, Logistics, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights and operational support for business decisions.

Requirements

• Background in auditing or controlling.
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Comfortable working with data and financial systems.
• Structured, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; strong cross-functional communication.
• Fluent in Danish (English is a plus).
