What you will do

• Prepare information and investment materials for top management and the Board of Directors.
• Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, product, and industry analyses.
• Perform company valuations and financial modeling.
• Support the transaction lifecycle from initial target screening to due diligence.
• Execute ad-hoc strategic assignments as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a 3rd-year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Strategy.
• Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong academic record and a self-driven approach to learning.
