What you will do

• Scout and monitor funding opportunities (regional, national, European) for R&D, manufacturing, IT, and HR.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of funding applications, collaborating with technical and scientific departments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of funded projects, including budgeting, progress monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Liaise with public institutions, funding bodies, and industry associations such as Farmindustria and Confindustria.
• Develop and improve processes for efficient funding management and regulatory compliance.
• Centralize global requests for grant financing and supervise data entry on European portals.

Requirements

• Degree in scientific or economic disciplines; Master’s in Project Management or Innovation Management preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in grant management or subsidized finance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Fluent English and Italian proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of funding sources such as MiUR, MiSE, AIFA, Horizon Europe, and PNRR.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks including GRI, SBTi, and CSRD.

Nice to have

• Experience in lobbying or participating in technical committees.
• Previous experience working in multinational or structured corporate environments.
