What you will do

  • Define and execute the market entry strategy and regional sales plans to drive market share in South Korea.
  • Personally drive early commercial traction through direct prospecting, negotiation, and closing first customer wins.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, beauty/wellness businesses, and industry influencers.
  • Build the initial operating foundations, local workflows, and KPIs to track and optimize market performance.
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams to align South Korean market needs with broader business priorities.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team as the operation moves from launch to scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, online marketplaces, fintech, or payments.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling teams against ambitious KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of the South Korean market.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Korean is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data-driven insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute in a "zero to one" stage.
