TL;DR

Senior Technical Customer Success Engineer (SaaS/Construction Tech): Serving as the primary technical escalation point and advisor for enterprise customers in the Middle East with an accent on integration troubleshooting, API configuration, and data analysis. Focus on resolving complex platform issues, building lightweight reporting tools via Python/SQL, and ensuring high-value account health.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end technical relationships for high-value enterprise accounts across the ME region.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues involving SSO, APIs, Procore, ACC, and Revizto.
  • Develop lightweight reporting tools and automate internal processes using Python scripts and SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with Engineering by documenting bugs with precise technical context and reproducing issues in staging.
  • Lead onboarding, QBRs, and usage reviews, and perform on-site visits (25–30% travel).
  • Monitor account health and track support cases using Jira or similar issue management tools.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or senior technical support.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is a hard requirement.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, SSO configuration, and cloud-based SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings (floor plans, sections, BIM).
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk and issue tracking in Jira.

Nice to have

  • Background in construction, AEC, or field operations technology.
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and site capture hardware.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of PMIS solutions such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Aconex.
