What you will do
- Deliver high-level customer service via calls, live chat, and emails.
- Adhere to rigorous luxury communication standards and operational SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve issues for passengers and chauffeurs quickly and efficiently.
- Escalate customer feedback to senior management to drive service improvements.
- Maintain target customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and French.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury service industry.
- Ability to work shift work including nights and weekends in the office (Dubai).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical proficiency and ability to thrive in a high-volume contact center.
