What you will do

• Own global event calendar: decide on sponsored, owned, and attended events.
• Define playbooks for sponsorships, side events, dinners, panels; measure in pipeline and revenue.
• Negotiate sponsorships, design standout booths and brand presence, build pre/post-event motions.
• Run CFO dinners, founder roundtables in key cities like NYC, SF, Singapore, London, Dubai.
• Coordinate sales reps at events, travel, briefings, meeting books to close deals.
• Handle end-to-end logistics: vendors, contracts, venues, swag; partner with GTM and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years in event marketing or field marketing at high-growth B2B startup
• Track record of events driving real pipeline/revenue, with numbers
• Experience running large sponsorships and intimate owned events
• Exceptional written communication
• Comfortable in fintech/crypto or quick to dive in
• AI-native workflow usage
• Willing to travel often, role lives on the road
