What you will do

  • Lead and develop a super-regional, multicultural team of electrical experts, fostering talent and high performance.
  • Provide expert technical support for wind turbine electrical systems, including HV, transformers, switchgear, and generators.
  • Define, initiate, and manage corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage results through KPI reporting and continuous improvement of tools and processes.
  • Represent the team within global service organizations and act as Deputy Head of Department.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers, traveling mainly within Europe and occasionally overseas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the wind industry, high voltage technology, and electrical machines.
  • Proven track record in service-oriented operations, supplier audits, and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • English: Fluent level required.
  • Strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the 8D methodology.
  • Spanish language skills.
