Post-Silicon Validation Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Onsite in Nis, Novi Sad, or Belgrade, Serbia (Laboratory environment)

What you will do

• Execute post-silicon validation for IP integration at the SoC level, focusing on electrical connectivity and signal integrity.
• Validate mixed-signal IPs, including PLLs, ADCs, sensors, and internal system clocks.
• Conduct electrical compliance measurements, including voltage levels, eye diagrams, and timing margins.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python or C#.
• Perform validation campaigns across various process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) conditions.
• Debug silicon issues using laboratory equipment and collaborate with design and verification teams.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in post-silicon or hardware validation.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, SMUs, DMMs, and measurement setups.
• Proficiency in test automation using Python or C#.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity and timing fundamentals.
• Ability to work onsite in laboratories in Serbia (Nis, Novi Sad, or Belgrade).

Nice to have

• Experience with PXI-based test systems.
• Background in automotive semiconductor projects.
• Familiarity with high-speed interfaces such as A-PHY, MIPI, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, and FD-CAN.
• Understanding of validation methodologies, coverage, and traceability.
