What you will do

• Own vision, roadmap, and delivery for a defined product surface, balancing near-term wins with longer-term investments.
• Run continuous discovery using AI agents to monitor and synthesize customer signals.
• Write PRDs and specs for engineering and design to execute without ambiguity.
• Define success metrics pre-build, track post-ship, and iterate on results.
• Prototype ideas using Cursor, Claude Code, and Prototype Playground before ticketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM teams.
• Present roadmaps and results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Spot team frictions and suggest concrete improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of shipping features from concept to launch and iterating on data.
• Strong prioritization, customer empathy, and data comfort for metrics and dashboards.
• Clear written/verbal communication for specs and strategy alignment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast pace, and hands-on AI tools like Cursor and Claude.
• AI proficiency: generate artifacts, prototype with coding tools, QA work, stay current with tools like Figma AI.
