Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 CAD

What you will do

• Act as the risk lead for product teams, integrating ERM frameworks and controls into planning, development, and delivery.
• Perform and oversee Product/Platform Risk Assessments, Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRAs), and Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
• Provide independent second-line challenge and oversight of risk activities across all business units.
• Monitor fraud KRIs, escalate emerging risks, and ensure compliance with PPS and RPAA regulatory requirements.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and Board insights, translating complex risk concepts into actionable intelligence.
• Coach first-line teams to build risk capability and foster a strong risk culture within product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in fraud risk management, ERM, or related disciplines within financial services.
• Expertise in second-line risk functions, independent challenge, and the Three Lines of Defense model.
• Advanced knowledge of fraud risk management, including AI-driven fraud detection.
• Strong understanding of risk appetite, control frameworks, RCSAs, and CIRAs.
• Experience integrating risk practices into agile product development and change management.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity

• CPA designation.
• Professional certifications such as CFE, CAMS, CRMP, CRISC, or ISO 27005.
