What you will do

• Prepare study materials, follow up on site documentation, and schedule training sessions
• Create test runs, review incoming data, and monitor discrepancies
• Generate reports for sites and sponsors, investigate edit checks, and report issues
• Coordinate IQC data processing, phantom rotation, and machine equivalence
• Maintain tracking databases, ensure compliance, and manage site communications
• Participate in project meetings, resolve queries, and assist with client issues

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree in bioscience, computer science, IT or related field preferred
• Familiarity with PC-based systems, Word, Excel, and databases
• Experience navigating networks and managing files
• Understanding of clinical trials and good clinical practices preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams, adaptable to changing priorities
