TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Budapest office (Graphisoft Park)

What you will do

  • Provide friendly technical support for submitted tickets and walk-up requests.
  • Assist employees with various IT-related tasks and collaborate with other teams.
  • Contribute to improving support processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • IT degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools for productivity and decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Background in Information Systems.
  • Experience in technical support, help desk, or service desk.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of AD, Intune, JAMF, and M365.
