What you will do

• Ensure proper claim handling for Packaging Material (PM) and Additional Material (AM).
• Identify and drive continuous improvement in supply chain service levels using the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) to ensure smooth processing.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finished goods inventory levels.

Requirements

• Must be based in Panama City; no visa sponsorship or relocation provided.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar customer service or logistics role.
• Proficiency in Spanish and basic level of English.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, charts) and solid knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with Salesforce portal and master data management.
