What you will do

  • Lead and coach support agents to maintain high performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve team performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support leadership.
  • Professional experience in crypto, fintech, or payments.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in remote, fast-moving environments.
