What you will do
- Lead and coach support agents to maintain high performance.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve team performance.
- Manage scheduling and the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and improve support workflows and internal processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support leadership.
- Professional experience in crypto, fintech, or payments.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in remote, fast-moving environments.
