What you will do

• Coordinate the development and testing of Restaurant POS products, maintaining detailed project plans and timelines.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to optimize status reports, meeting summaries, and risk identification.
• Provide weekly and periodic reporting to the VP of Restaurant Technology, CTO, and business stakeholders.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, technical planning, and cross-functional meetings across different time zones.
• Manage integration partners by studying technical documentation and resolving blocking issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• Strong habit of using AI assistants to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and managing end-to-end SaaS products or complex web platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows.
• Must be based in Minsk for 4 days/week office attendance.
• English: Good spoken and written skills required.
