What you will do

• Conduct rapid situational analyses of private health markets to identify and document current and prospective U.S. investors.
• Arrange and support strategic meetings with local partners, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and clinic networks.
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive private sector engagement strategy.
• Support the DataFI activity to accelerate health sector self-reliance through commercial diplomacy.

Requirements

• Legal right to live and work in Kenya, Nigeria, or Côte d’Ivoire.
• 12+ years of experience in private healthcare delivery, healthcare investment, or health-focused business associations.
• Established relationships with local and global pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.
• Advanced degree (Master's preferred) in Public Health, Health Economics, Business, or Social Science.
• Fluency in English; candidates for Côte d’Ivoire must also be proficient in French.
• Availability to participate in in-country meetings for a minimum of 1.5 days.
