What you will do
- Facilitate a structured, participatory strategy development process for staff, leadership, and governance bodies.
- Design and implement internal data collection via surveys, interviews, and discussions.
- Conduct external consultations with partners, affiliates, and stakeholders.
- Analyze and synthesize inputs to identify themes, trade-offs, and strategic priorities.
- Support development of a Theory of Change aligned with principles.
- Draft and iteratively refine the strategy document based on feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in NGO/INGO strategy development.
- Demonstrated understanding of or similar confederated/federated NGO models.
- Experience designing and facilitating participatory strategy processes.
- Strong skills in analysis, synthesis, and strategic writing.
- Evidence of similar assignments with references.
- Ability to work non-directively, managing diverse stakeholders within a 6-week timeline.
