What you will do

  • Facilitate a structured, participatory strategy development process for staff, leadership, and governance bodies.
  • Design and implement internal data collection via surveys, interviews, and discussions.
  • Conduct external consultations with partners, affiliates, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and synthesize inputs to identify themes, trade-offs, and strategic priorities.
  • Support development of a Theory of Change aligned with hirify.global principles.
  • Draft and iteratively refine the strategy document based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in NGO/INGO strategy development.
  • Demonstrated understanding of hirify.global or similar confederated/federated NGO models.
  • Experience designing and facilitating participatory strategy processes.
  • Strong skills in analysis, synthesis, and strategic writing.
  • Evidence of similar assignments with references.
  • Ability to work non-directively, managing diverse stakeholders within a 6-week timeline.
