TL;DR

President / Head of Corporate Development (EdTech): Leading the expansion and strategic development of the Group's presence across Argentina and Latin America with an accent on building local market presence and strategic partnerships. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, scaling local operations, and coordinating regional efforts with global leadership.

Location: Must be based in Argentina or the LATAM region. Hybrid work available in locations with offices; remote work in locations without offices.

What you will do

  • Lead corporate development and market expansion initiatives across Argentina and LATAM.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with universities, government bodies, investors, and local institutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the execution of regional growth strategies.
  • Represent the company as the senior point of contact for regional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with global finance, legal, HR, and product teams to align local execution with global priorities.
  • Scale local operations, processes, and teams where needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate development, general management, or regional leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the Argentina and/or LATAM business environment.
  • Experience working with international companies and global stakeholders.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are required.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and a strong commercial mindset.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and senior-level initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in EdTech, venture capital, consulting, or innovation ecosystems.
  • Track record of launching or scaling businesses in new regions.
  • Previous exposure to M&A, institutional relations, or investments.
