What you will do

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical web-based systems and infrastructure.
• Deliver technical roadmaps for business processes and applications to support organizational objectives.
• Analyze business requirements and identify technical gaps to support business strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for routine issue resolution.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve deliverables based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or QA.
• Proficiency with AWS infrastructure and services.
• Experience with IaaC solutions such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of QA testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, or K6.
• AWS certification (Associate level or higher).
• Knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, and headless services.
• Understanding of OpenTelemetry and modern application tracing.
