• Design, implement, and enhance the compliance framework to establish strong regulatory foundations for operations in Colombia.
• Manage relationships with regulators to ensure adherence to local laws and global standards.

• Develop scalable policies, procedures, and controls suited for a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of regulatory compliance experience, specifically in fintech, banking, or tech-driven financial services.
• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of local and international financial regulations.
• Proven experience building compliance programs from scratch.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Colombia.
