What you will do

• Review vendor invoices and requisitions to ensure payment approval.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve purchase order discrepancies or disputes.
• Manage the workflow of vendor invoices and their booking within the ERP system.
• Execute payments through online banking and reconcile credit card and petty cash transactions.
• Process travel and business expenses.
• Participate in book-closing routines and contribute to process optimization projects.

Requirements

• Relevant education and experience in accounts payable or finance.
• Familiarity with ERP tools and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communicative, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Armenian.
• Availability for an initial 12-month contract period.
