What you will do

• Deliver high-quality 3D characters from concept to final in-game assets, including sculpting and texturing.
• Collaborate with Character Lead, Concept Artists, and Animators to achieve artistic and technical goals.
• Ensure all assets meet performance budgets and technical requirements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of character art workflows and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot visual and technical issues related to character assets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the full character creation pipeline, from blockout to engine implementation.
• Strong artistic foundation in anatomy, proportions, form, and material definition.
• Proficiency with ZBrush, Maya, Marvelous Designer, and Substance Painter.
• Solid understanding of PBR workflow and previous experience on AAA or AA titles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Must be able to work within a time zone difference of ±2 hours from GMT+1
