What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D characters and objects following art direction, technical constraints, and production deadlines.
• Ensure 3D assets are correctly implemented in-game and meet rigorous quality standards.
• Collaborate with the 3D Supervisor, Producer, and Art Team to maintain overall style consistency.
• Provide feedback and propose quality improvements and optimizations for the work process.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and conduct 3D workshops for Junior Artists.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D character art at a mid-to-senior level.
• Ability to deliver assets that meet both artistic vision and technical constraints.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).
