What you will do

• Create digital assets for E-Commerce projects, including landing pages, banners, newsletters, and advertising.
• Collaborate with the Content Team to design and optimize landing pages for product launches and campaigns to drive sales and conversions.
• Ensure all designs are visually engaging, user-friendly, and strictly aligned with the overall brand identity.
• Maintain high quality and consistency standards through precise image resizing and retouching.
• Prototype landing page concepts and participate in creative brainstorming sessions to enhance the customer journey.
• Manage multiple graphic design requests efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Foundational experience in digital graphic design as an early career professional.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of responsive design and the ability to optimize layouts for various devices and screen sizes.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus).
• Must be based in or able to work from Bayreuth, Germany.
