Infrastructure Security Engineer (AI): Designing and operating security controls and automation across identity platforms, endpoints, and core IT services with an accent on IdP automation and SIEM integration. Focus on implementing security-as-code, optimizing endpoint defense, and embedding AI tooling into security operations to improve triage and efficiency.

Location: On-site in Geneva, Switzerland (Relocation provided for the right candidate)

What you will do

• Own and maintain the IdP and access automation stack, including SSO, SCIM, and JIT access.
• Design and manage security monitoring, alerting, and SIEM integrations for real-time visibility.
• Architect multilayer endpoint defense systems using tools like Crowdstrike and Cloudflare.
• Implement security controls as code using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Go.
• Integrate security events and automations with ITSM and incident management workflows.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate alert triage, enrichment, and investigation processes.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in security engineering or operations within SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Expertise in IAM systems (Okta, Azure AD) and automated provisioning (SCIM).
• Proficiency with SIEM and observability platforms (ELK, Splunk, or Datadog).
• Strong experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python, Go).
• Experience with secret management (HashiCorp Vault) and vulnerability scanning.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Geneva, Switzerland.
