What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering and design to iterate and polish AI Systems and Archetypes.
• Develop architecture and implementation for AI systems including combat, perception, and performance.
• Implement and maintain AI behavior trees and associated systems.
• Test AI Systems and Archetypes for performance, operation, and memory budgets.
• Suggest improvements for combat authoring and encounter scripting tools.
• Maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years industry experience in AI for video games programming.
• Professional experience with Unreal Engine for scripting basic AI Systems.
• Experience with UE5 AI Debugging Tools and Rewind Debugger.
• Proficiency in 3D math and appropriate C++ experience.
• Previously developed for current-gen AAA consoles.
• Strong communication, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
