What you will do

• Architect and implement medium to large features for games using Unreal Engine.
• Manage and mentor software engineers, providing detailed code reviews and feedback.

• Collaborate with management on recruitment needs and conduct technical interviews.
• Stay current with industry tools and technologies to advise the company on improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of professional video game development and product delivery experience.
• In-depth knowledge of C++.
• Fluency in 3D graphics and shader programming.
• Strong understanding of memory management.
• Residency in California is required.
