Product Owner (iGaming)

TL;DR

Product Owner (iGaming): Manage product backlog, define sprint objectives, review development increments, and communicate with stakeholders with an accent on requirements lifecycle, agile processes, and backlog refinement. Focus on gathering/verifying requirements, creating epics/stories/use cases, and participating in OKR planning.

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE - office visits required. Relocation package available (flights + 2-week hotel).

Global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing with 1,300 team members across Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize product backlog aligned with business objectives.
• Define sprint objectives and review/approve team work from design to production.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and backlog refinement sessions.
• Gather, verify, and maintain functional/non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain change requests, acceptance criteria, epics, stories, use/edge cases.
• Participate in quarterly OKR planning and estimation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
• Solid knowledge of requirements lifecycle & backlog management, product architecture & development, Scrum/Agile methodologies, UX principles.
• Excellent English for clear communication of product vision and insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, organization, leadership, conflict resolution soft skills.

Nice to have

• Basic coding or design experience.
• Mobile app product experience.
• PSPO Level 1 or equivalent certification.
