What you will do

• Monitor and analyze site financial performance and key financial KPIs.
• Supervise standard costs, cost-roll processes, bills of materials (BOM), and production cycles.
• Manage monthly closing processes and ensure accurate inventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Provide financial evaluations for investment decisions and potential Make-or-Buy scenarios.
• Lead the site's annual budget planning, intra-year forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.
• Collaborate with production managers and the site director to optimize operational costs and efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in management control, with specific experience in industrial controlling.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, production finance, and international accounting principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and major financial management software.

• Knowledge of SAP.
