What you will do
- Manage the planning cycle, including strategic planning, financial forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Build and assess business cases for new opportunities to evaluate financial viability and strategic alignment.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to track value drivers and maximize economic impact.
- Define and monitor KPIs through dashboards to track operational effectiveness.
- Design and deliver insightful materials for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or FP&A.
- Strong passion for financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be based in Milan, Italy.
