What you will do

• Plan, track, and coordinate central initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
• Partner with live operations, production, and technology teams to coordinate updates and live event schedules.
• Facilitate communication between development, publishing, analytics, and platform teams.
• Streamline workflows, improve documentation, and standardise methodologies.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports on status, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans.
• Work closely with senior leadership to maintain alignment and accountability across initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects in a live service or game development environment.
• Strong understanding of live operations workflows, release management, and post-launch production.
• Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams.
