What you will do
- Lead live, interactive training sessions and workshops for experienced data practitioners.
- Create core educational content including lessons, manuals, guides, and assessments.
- Define strategic direction, competency maps, and learning roadmaps for ML programs.
- Develop practical model-building exercises, prompt libraries, and reference guides.
- Review technical content for accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with learning outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python and the core ML stack (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
- Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in real-world business settings.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Availability to collaborate within European time zones.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to mixed stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Russian or Spanish.
- Proven track record in engineering advocacy, tech leadership, or conference speaking.
- Experience in mentoring or educational content creation.
