What you will do

• Lead live, interactive training sessions and workshops for experienced data practitioners.
• Create core educational content including lessons, manuals, guides, and assessments.
• Define strategic direction, competency maps, and learning roadmaps for ML programs.
• Develop practical model-building exercises, prompt libraries, and reference guides.
• Review technical content for accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with learning outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or ML engineering.
• Deep expertise in Python and the core ML stack (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in real-world business settings.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to mixed stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Russian or Spanish.
• Proven track record in engineering advocacy, tech leadership, or conference speaking.
• Experience in mentoring or educational content creation.
