Junior SAP Solution Analyst (Finance & Technology) (SAP/Finance): Supporting SAP Finance solutions and accountants across Erste Group through solution and error handling, business-process analysis, and efficiency improvements with an accent on General Ledger applications and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on understanding user requirements, solving business application issues, and designing optimization ideas with multidisciplinary product teams.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
Salary: Minimum EUR 2,500 gross per month; actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.

What you will do
- Collaborate with product teams, business and solution analysts, product owners, developers, users, and stakeholders.
- Support accountants across Erste Group with SAP solution and error handling.
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve business efficiency.
- Develop a strong understanding of business processes, user needs, and requirements for business applications.
Requirements
- Academic degree in business informatics or business administration.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, self-reliant working style.
- Open-minded, solution-oriented approach with willingness to learn and accept feedback.
- Ability to solve problems collaboratively and share ideas with the team.
