What you will do

• Own the roadmap for NKS and related orchestration and scheduling services.
• Partner with platform and cloud native engineers to deliver managed control planes, node pools, networking, storage, autoscaling, and workload scheduling.
• Lead multi-sprint cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through launch and measurement.
• Translate customer needs (AI/ML workloads, GPU scheduling, multitenant platforms, enterprise operators) into prioritized roadmaps.
• Drive ambiguity resolution, stakeholder alignment, and define success criteria.
• Mentor junior PMs, represent services in planning, and drive metrics like reliability, workload density, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience in software/technology, owning significant product areas.
• Hands-on experience building/shipping products on cloud platforms with strong knowledge of cloud-native services.
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, container runtimes, schedulers (kube-scheduler, Slurm, Nomad, Volcano), operators, service meshes, and autoscaling.
• Strong technical fluency to lead discussions on distributed systems and multi-tenant platforms.
• Proven ability to ship products from ambiguous problems in infrastructure/platform contexts.
• Experience mentoring peers and excellent communication for technical decisions.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science/engineering or prior experience as platform/cloud native/infrastructure engineer.
• Experience shipping managed Kubernetes, container platforms, or large-scale scheduling systems.
• Familiarity with GPU scheduling, AI/ML on Kubernetes, CNCF projects (Cluster API, Karpenter, Cilium, Istio, Argo, KEDA, Knative).
• Background in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise software, or AI/ML products.
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments.
