Focus on implementing resilient patterns for external vendor calls, data modeling with MongoDB/Aurora, asynchronous workflows with RabbitMQ/Redis, and infrastructure migration to Kubernetes.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain services with clean, testable, well-documented code
- Build APIs and services orchestrating agent workflows across LLM/TTS/STT vendors
- Implement resilient patterns for external provider calls (retries, timeouts, fallbacks, rate limits, circuit breaking)
- Integrate with CRMs and telecom providers for bi-directional sync and workflow triggers
- Work with MongoDB/Aurora for data storage, RabbitMQ for async workflows, Redis for caching
- Participate in Docker/ECS to Kubernetes migration, CI/CD improvements, and operational reliability
Requirements
- English: strong proficiency required
- 3+ years backend engineering with production services ownership
- Strong Python proficiency
- Backend fundamentals: APIs, data modeling, distributed systems
- Willingness to work with/learn TypeScript
- Docker/containerized services, MongoDB or relational DB (PostgreSQL/Aurora), RabbitMQ/Redis
- Strong debugging, operational interest (logging/monitoring), proactive communication
Nice to have
- Real-time systems: telephony, WebSockets, streaming, low-latency
- Vendor orchestration: fallback routing, provider selection
- Kubernetes experience
- Security/compliance: SOC 2, secrets management
- AI/LLM, TTS/STT, voice systems
