Program Manager (iGaming)

Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must already be in Lisbon or be willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and feedback across various project streams.
• Lead resource planning and handle scope changes for development teams.
• Facilitate decision-making and provide progress reporting for the stream.
• Drive Quarterly Planning cycles and identify risk escalations for the Delivery Manager.
• Coordinate with diverse creative and technical teams to ensure project execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing mobile projects (applications, platforms) and related technologies.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
• Ability to design business processes and conduct effective meetings.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
• High sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
