What you will do

• Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions including agents, automations, and internal applications.
• Rapidly develop backends, frontends, workflows, and APIs using Claude Code.
• Orchestrate multi-agent pipelines capable of handling high organizational complexity.
• Perform functional reviews of AI-generated code to ensure adherence to production standards.
• Define application architecture and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and deployment environments.
• Create reusable templates and standards to accelerate future AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code is mandatory.
• Proven ability to develop large and complex systems end-to-end.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering and multi-agent LLM architecture.
• English: Excellent business proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into AI-driven technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Background in DevOps or software development.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
• Experience creating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Previous experience implementing GenAI tools within an enterprise environment.
