Vendor Support Specialist (Ecommerce/Logistics): Managing vendor onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and partner relationship management with an accent on operational efficiency and communication. Focus on resolving portal issues, optimizing transmission methods, and maintaining quality partner accounts.

What you will do

Coordinate with logistics and other departments to handle sales-related matters.
Onboard and train vendors to ensure successful platform integration.
Resolve vendor technical issues regarding location, vendor portals, and other system tools.
Monitor vendor status and system health to ensure smooth operations.
Provide multi-channel partner support via email, phone, and remote control.
Manage quality accounts and resolve operational issues between partner vendors and users.

Requirements

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of full-time experience in a similar field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain flexibility in working arrangements.
