What you will do

• Produce high-volume creative assets for paid media using AI tools, including static images, carousels, and video formats.
• Design and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and in-app UI experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain a scalable creative production system to support rapid A/B testing and experimentation cycles.
• Collaborate with growth and data teams to translate hypotheses into visual experiments and testable design solutions.
• Iterate on creatives based on performance data, focusing on conversion and CAC reduction.
• Create motion-based assets for performance marketing channels such as reels and short-form video ads.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product or growth design, ideally in performance-driven or startup environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and conversion-focused interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway for creative production at scale.
• Solid understanding of conversion principles, user psychology, and funnel optimization.
• Experience designing and iterating A/B tests with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong motion design skills for creating video ads and dynamic creative assets.
