What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex customer programs for OEM partners.
• Establish project management frameworks for planning, risk management, and change control.
• Translate customer technical requirements into actionable internal development tasks.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to align customer needs with milestone planning.
• Provide first-level support to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
• Manage reporting flows both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Extensive program management experience in complex automotive software development.
• Strong technical expertise in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency with program management tools like Jira.
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English are required.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Generative AI, AV 2.0, and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience in software development.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
