Core Systems Automation Engineer – L1 (IaC/Automation): Design, implement, and maintain automation-driven infrastructure solutions in highly available production environments with an accent on operational efficiency, reliability, and observability. What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure and operations
• Create and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to system configuration and deployment
• Maintain monitoring and alerting platforms like Grafana and Zabbix
• Integrate systems using APIs (REST, JSON, YAML) and support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with teams, manage Git source control, and document workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server administration
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell required)
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
• Experience supporting production infrastructure environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Experience with AWX, Kubernetes, or Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI)
• Experience with advanced monitoring (VictoriaMetrics, Telegraf)
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
