What you will do

• Own enterprise client relationships by providing top-tier account management and delivering results against joint business objectives.
• Manage and coach a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans and annual marketing calendars incorporating macro and micro seasons.
• Create and manage paid search and display media strategies, including budget allocation and pacing.
• Analyze category trends and perform competitive benchmarking across client product portfolios.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide input and recommendations on new features and functionality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience working in retail media.
• Proven enterprise-level account management experience.
• In-depth understanding of the Amazon marketplace and flywheel.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in people management, coaching, and developing others.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in product management or project management.
