What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, audience expansion, and revenue growth.
• Lead brand strategy, digital marketing, communications, and creative direction across all channels.
• Oversee performance marketing and data analytics to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Champion audience engagement initiatives to foster loyalty and community among a diverse audience.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization focused on innovation and accountability.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and brand values.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing.
• Senior or executive-level experience within media, entertainment, or digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and content-driven brand building.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance creativity with performance-driven decision making.
