What you will do
- Own customer lifecycle including onboarding, training, check-ins, adoption, and satisfaction tracking.
- Meet renewal, expansion, and cross-sell quotas by identifying opportunities and negotiating deals.
- Forecast pipeline for accounts and report to Team Lead.
- Drive engagement and usage via tailored enablement plans for BIM solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues with Support and Product teams.
- Gather customer feedback for product improvement and advocate internally.
- Analyze account health, manage churn risk, and collaborate with Sales on planning.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and training sessions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success preferred, Sales, Service, Support)
- AEC industry experience including SCIA and/or FRILO.
- Technical aptitude for CAD, BIM, or design software; map features to value.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to build relationships; self-motivated across regions and time zones.
- Experience with global teams
