TL;DR
Technical Support Analyst (SQL/SaaS): Providing expert technical assistance to users of Sales Performance Management solutions with an accent on troubleshooting complex SQL queries and relational database issues. Focus on resolving incidents, reproducing bugs, and collaborating with product teams to ensure seamless adoption of technology.
Location: Remote (Mexico Only). Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do
- Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents, collecting logs, traces, and replicating issues.
- Communicate investigation progress to clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of products to help customers maximize business value.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and contribute to product enhancements.
- Maintain KPI targets including SLA, QA, and resolution rates.
- Participate in a scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms (mandatory).
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
- Experience in troubleshooting web-based applications and client-server architecture.
- English: CEFR B2 level or higher required.
- Must be based in Mexico.
