TL;DR

Technical Analyst – Data & Support (SaaS): Resolving technical challenges for a Sales Performance Management platform with an accent on troubleshooting web-based applications and SQL scripting. Focus on analyzing complex technical issues and coordinating activities across departments to ensure seamless product adoption.

Location: Remote, must be based in Mexico. Working hours: Must align with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot technical incidents by collecting logs, traces, and replicating issues.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and suggest enhancements.
  • Support KPI targets, including SLA, QA, and resolution rates.
  • Participate in a scheduled weekend on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Based in Mexico.
  • English: B2 level or higher.
  • Work hours: Alignment with EST business hours.
  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Mandatory experience working with SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL scripting.
