Location: Remote, must be based in Mexico. Working hours: Must align with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do
- Troubleshoot technical incidents by collecting logs, traces, and replicating issues.
- Communicate investigation progress to clients and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and suggest enhancements.
- Support KPI targets, including SLA, QA, and resolution rates.
- Participate in a scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Based in Mexico.
- English: B2 level or higher.
- Work hours: Alignment with EST business hours.
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Mandatory experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL scripting.
